Consignment Policy
CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
DV Shop Cebu provides a secure and convenient consignment process to assist customers obtain the maximum return on their sneakers. Sneakers can only be processed for consignment in store. DV Shop Cebu is fully insured and guarantees protection of all personal property.
Commission: DV Shop Cebu’s commission rate is 1,500 php or 15% (whichever is higher). DV Shop Cebu will set the price of the shoe based on the market value, so items will have a higher chance to be sold.
Marketing: Items will be added to the store’s inventory after Consignor and DV Shop Cebu establish sale value. Consigned items will be shared on various social media platforms daily. And will be added to our website which can be viewed and purchased nationwide.
Condition of Items: DV Shop Cebu will only consign, sell or buy items that are authentic, clean and in pristine condition and will select items that can be accepted as consign. DV Shop Cebu will not be liable for any damages such as creases, since we allow customers to fit the shoes in store.
Payment: DV Shop Cebu will distribute Consignor payments through Bank Transfer or Gcash (Consignor will be responsible for transfer fees). The Consignor is responsible for retrieving payments for items sold and must ensure valid payment information is provided to DV Shop Cebu.
Consignment Period: Consignment agreement will require a lock-in period of forty-five (45) days in DV Shop Cebu’s inventory. Consignors can withdraw the pairs without fees or choose to renew after the lock-in period. If items are not sold within the initial consignment period there is a 500php renewal fee for every forty-five (45) day consignment period thereafter. Consignors will not be able to remove items from the store's inventory before any consignment period ends. If the Consignor wishes to remove items from the store before the consignment period ends, Consignor will be charged a 500php per pair fee.
Retrieval/Renewal of Items: If your consignment period expires, Consignor must contact DV Shop Cebu within 10 business days to arrange retrieval of items or renew consignment period. Any items that are not retrieved after the 10-day time frame become the property of DV Shop Cebu. It is the Consignor’s responsibility to monitor consignment period expirations and initiate retrieval/renewal communications.
Authenticity Disclosure: If DV Shop Cebu receives any items that are found to be counterfeit, the Consignor agrees to compensate DV Shop Cebu for any liability costs (fines, liens, etc.) incurred.
Terms: DV Shop Cebu reserves the right to revise and amend the terms of this agreement to make adjustments when necessary. DV Shop Cebu also reserves the right to terminate this or any agreement without notice.
